Straight answers.

You can tag jobs by type and manage them in separate pipelines. Recurring maintenance contract billing with auto-renewal is not yet built — you'd invoice those manually each period.
Yes — both use the same quote and job-costing flow. Commercial jobs with multiple units or zones work well using line items and scope-of-work sections. There's no separate commercial-only mode.
Yes — HVACRole is web-responsive and works on any smartphone. Techs can open a job and add service notes from a phone browser. Dedicated crew clock-in is on the roadmap for Q1 2027.
Not yet — QuickBooks sync is being built and is planned for Q1 2027. You can export invoices as CSV or PDF today and import them manually.
E-signature is not available today. Customers can approve quotes via text or email link. Native e-sign is planned for a future release.
There's no built-in flat-rate catalog — you build your own line items and can reuse them across jobs. Importing a third-party flat-rate price book is not yet supported.
